Cancellation period
For qualifying UK distance sales, customers can normally notify cancellation within 14 days of delivery and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Statutory exceptions may apply. Faulty or misdescribed goods follow separate remedies.

Refunds
Qualifying refunds are processed to the original payment method through WooCommerce and Stripe. Restocking is an operational decision recorded on the order.
